Barden Park Fountain Inauguration

Barden Park Fountain Inauguration: A Sesquicentennial Celebration EventBarden Park’s Sesquicentennial Fountain was dedicated on Thursday, June 29, 2006 in celebration of Barden (Central) Park’s 150th Anniversary (October 13, 1855). Our new fountain is a replica of Barden Park’s original fountain and was reproduced by Robinson Iron, in Alexander City, Alabama, which also produced the Clemen’s Garden fountains.

Mayor Dave Kleis and State Representative Larry Haws were there for the dedication in addtion to vintage music provided by the St. Cloud Municipal Band. Congratulations to everyone who made such a lasting contribution to Barden Park and the St. Cloud community.
